i've sent food back. and i'm pretty sure some **** bitch felt the need to sabotage the food to feel better... i haven't really gotten sick so i don't care too much. but some things are just unreasonable. i've had a fucking used bandage in my food once at billy mchale's.

but my dad owns a small deli in seattle, and i've worked there numerous times. if a customer is unsatisfied with their order i ALWAYS take it back and remake it. one of the most basic rules is to treat the customer as king, even if the customer is a fucking douche **** bitch. without the customer there's no business. i truly don't understand the audacity of some employees thinking that they're so cool ruining some bitchy customer's food. if you don't like the customers find another fucking job. if you can't, learn to work the correct fucking way. it's not that fucking hard...
