I really dont like how it looks when a car has a kit , stock wheels and not dropped. It just doesnt look right. Now those wheels would look cool with a lip but not a buddy club front bumper. If she really is thinking about dropping it , I say do that 1st. Like said earlier so she can get used to driving with the new setup. Also with the drop you can see how much clearance you have left for a bumper. So when you go kit shopping you can go measure that as well to see how far it will sit off the ground.
