never "send" out an ecu for a final tune. it should be only used as a base map so you can get your car to a tuner who has a good dyno. this is even more paramount as you're running ITR pistons.
most SC/ LS motors tend to be sub 200whp (Dynojet) with 6-8psi pullies, so 440cc injectors should be fine. 440's should be good to around 250-275whp (if i remember correctly).
