Thanks for the info. I'd really like to try out the Buddy Club N+ coilovers (maybe I'll be the guinea pig h: ) but the Ground Control/Koni SP3 setup seems really attractive to me as it's the setup that seems to fit my needs the most.

Would you recommend the same spring rates as the one you suggested from the standard intgera spring rates (385/250)? I'm just rolling on a lowly DX coupe with stock engine. Nothing in the car that greaty affects weight (like a subwoofer box). The car is near stock in terms of weight.

Also you mentioned the upper pillowball mounts. Please forgive my ignorance, but what exactly does this do? Is it necessary? Because I was thinking of getting the Skunk2 front camber kit as well. But wasn't sure if these two things did the same job (or close to it).
