Sucks for the guy. This stuff should be looked at case by case scenario. The whole grouping is fucked. And you KNOW if he went to prison, he wouldn't have time to tell his story or even have anyone believe him. He'd be tagged as scum having that criminal title, and he'd get beat if not murdered.
