Comptech 22mm rear sway with lower tie bar combo: about $370

DAYUM!! any negatives about the comptech bar??? besides exaust clearence. The mounting looks a lot more solid then the beaks kit and they say 'IT WILL NOT RIP OUT.' Any comments on which way to go.
