well, you hear right....a rear sway bar (if you already have a front to pair it with) is probably the most noticible (if not definitely the most) mod you can do....you will definitely notice a difference....TRUST ME :thumbup: My car handles even better now than my Mom's '95 Ls, which in is obviously a sportier car than my lowly civic sedan. And this is all on Stock suspension too....if you're dropped at all and have good shocks, it'll be even better.
Some people say the Si bar isn't thick enough, but if you're just gonna pair it with your stock front bar like I did, it will be fine. Besides, as I mentioned earlier, Honda says the bar off the '99 SIs is 15mm....thats thick enough.
