pushing yourself to workout when your not feeling it is not a good idea, you have to learn to listen to your body. its ok to take a day or 2 off especially if your not feeling well.
I'll take a look at their schedule today and see what's up. That would be cool if you were to come up, we could see if Wharbone would be up and we could all chill and take in a game.
