Check for worn bushings in the suspension components. I would also recommend getting an alignment BECAUSE you lowered the car, that should have been done already. Also rotate the front tires to the back to see if the rear tires do the same thing. If that cures the problem then one of the tires that were on the front could be bad, or both.
