i had to go to a medicare seminar yesterday, along with 2 people from my work (one being my mom who is also my boss). it got out extra early, although it was supposed to last all day (supposed to go to 4, got out at 1:15). so my mom and i decide that we don't want to go to work, and we just go home. of course, the other person goes back to work, so when we get here today, everyone was wondering why we didn't come back after the seminar.

seriously though, who hightails it back to work when you already have a free pass to get out early.

and to those that say we should have told the other person not to go back, we thought of that and knew that they'd just go back anyway and tell our boss what we told them.
