Drew, I couldn't find the one on Cortana (Tilt Skull), and I need the Grunt Birthday Skull and the Cowbell Skull.
The cowbell skull was the hardest for me to get. You have to get the grav lift in the exact place to make it to the top.
I didn't know how to crouch-jump back when I got it though, so it is probably much easier if you know how.
