throttle body gets stuck.
take off ur intake pipe. spray some carb cleaner in the throttle body and clean out the joint specially. keep a paper towel in hand to make sure not a lot of that carb cleaner gets in teh throttle body. if a little bit goes in, it wouldnt matter.
