okay i had the same problem on my 95 ex after an engine build, its the little 3 wire plug on the top main back of your trans, the wires in my plug were loose. check that by jacking up the car and having someone start the engine and slowly try to drive the car forward with it on stands so the wheels move, while your pushing down on the plug and wires to see if that may be your problem...

also ive never heard of a vss fuse?
