The yearly inspection does not check for headlights, so I'm ok on that front. As far as I understand, even retroffited HID is illegal if they were not originally offered for your car, so if I want to go HID it'll be illegal anyways, that's a risk I'm willing to take. I heard some eBay kits have flickering problems after a while, I would really like to avoid that. Has anyone bought from these sites before, if so, how's their kits holding up? Thanks.
