What protection do we have when an officer is in OUR FACe screaming and yelling at us similiar to the incident that occurd in Baltimore with the cop and the kid skateboarder?

All I know is when a cop pulls me over I give the same respect I get from them. Theres no law that says you have to speak in a courteous manner to the cop.
