Got any steel wheels (like snow tires)? With the car on the ground I use a breaker bar & a 4-foot piece of pipe.

Ive also stuck a big screwdriver into a vent hole at the outside of the rotor. Position it so it bears against the caliper bracket. That doesn't put all that load on your tranny.
