sure if you like to cheat its a great glitch, also it only takes 3-4 shots in the head to kill someone with a BR.
It did take 4 perfect shots in Halo 2 to kill someone with a BR. Now, if you do it absolutely 100% perfect you can occasionally get them in 4, but the majority of the time it will take 5-6 shots.
