You seem determined to not concede to the fact that its not gonna work, so go spend your $70s on it...maybe you'll be surprised. If you get it, please post your impressions.
I'd be more than surprised if the thing really does anything. Hell Sport Compact Car did a dyno test on it last year and got nothing, zilch, nada, BIG FAT ZERO. But according to them they still have to run their ads cause they pay them money to help bring down the cost of the magazine.
