Do some research on stall testing the transmission this can tell you if you have a slipping clutch pack. You may also consider draining the fluid threw a paint strainer and seeing if you get any debre out of the fluid.

As for the shock take a look at your engine mounts.

I took the van to the dealer to get a diagnosis done on the transmission and it came out clean. The dealer 'hooked up' to a computer to check teh 'codes' and they said nowthing showed up, also, they said that they could not reproduce the problem even after driving for 10 miles. They also said the fluid level is good and is clean. They also did a 'physical check on' the transmission but could not find anything wrong.

Would anyone suggest that I change fluid or anything else??
