Today I finally stopped changing shit up and dropped the hammer on getting my entertainment room finished off.
Decided instead of refinishing the floors I am going to go ahead and put in new subflooring and new hardwoods. After looking into it it just seemed the better choice so I have consistency throughout the house instead of two different woods upstairs and downstairs.
Also bought the curtains and rods, plywood subflooring, new skilsaw and other assorted goodies to get the job done. I figure once I clear out the room...again
I will be set to begin laying the subfloor and racking the hardwood for install. Hoping to be started on it by Monday at the latest but possibly as early as sunday once the wood acclimates.
So begins the mess that I will create
