this shouldnt of even went that far if people have common sense.
thats what companies lack now -a-days.
That same thing happend to a family in San Diego when they were having that brush fire incident a few months back
Her house was destroyed yet TWC sent them bills for their cable boxes.
I would of boxed up the burnt equipment and sent it back to them.
