Yeah I work at Customer Service at a mall with a Sears and I blow a fuse everyday with them. I have to deal with stupid workers there all the time. To me it's amazing that simple stuff I take for granted they cannot even do OR since they are too lazy they send them off to us.
Good luck hope everything works out. I would be pissed too if I spent $900 on something that I get the run around.
