I agree with Lee about doing Koni Yellow inserts, but me personally I'd just skip the H&R spring idea and go directly for the Ground Controls. You're able to get custom spring rates with height adjust ability.

I'd recommend this setup pretty much over any coil over on the market short of a set of Motons. The benefit of having a properly engineered damper and a well designed spring work a lot better than having two components of average quality working together in unison.

Spend the $800-$900 on that setup, pickup a set of ZEAL pillow ball upper mounts for $300, and you'll have a setup that will give you a huge array of "tuning" options while providing outstanding performance and satisfactory ride quality.

Honda's A-Spec/HFP suspension options are a waste of money.
