If you just mean the screws on the rotor, thats pretty common. just get a sharp drill bit and drill through the heads.
yea i think it is they're two bolts a top one and a lower one on the back of it it was rusty as fuck and it didnt want to come off, how do i put a new bolt if i drill it out
