Strike that, I have a better idea that seems much more likely. Since the P/S pump was removed for the t-belt service, the pulley was probably set at an incorrect tension when it was reinstalled. Your best bet is to take it back to the shop and tell them to fix it for you. There's a bolt you turn to adjust the tension on the pulley and it's more or less trial and error.
