you increase the bus speed.
200 x 5 = 1000 or 1GHZ
233 x 5 = 1165 or 1.165GHZ
with intel processors the clock multipliers are locked so you can only increase the bus speed. except their extreme processors which does not have a locked multiplier.
Did you hear that folks are getting the E8400's to 4.0ghz stable and on air only? That's nuts.
