There's AT&T U-verse in Milwaukee which is a pretty similar service. Not sure about Minneapolis. I'd bet more on further U-verse rollouts long before Fios ever gets here...Verizon is doing Fios in the areas where it is the local landline phone company before going elsewhere, and they haven't finished that part yet. AT&T being the local phone company around here means U-verse is the more likely option.
