if it's clogged, you just need to unclog it and put it back in place, it's that simple. thing is, i'm not entirely sure that it's going to be this tube since normally the overflow caused by the clogged tube only occurs when you're running your a/c, but i figure it's better to check that first before you spend much $$...
also, this diagram is from a 3rd gen, but i assume it's a similar layout on your 2nd gen.
