I've had three pnp kits and they ALL PRODUCE UNWANTED GLARE! They blind folks on the road (including po-po) and on my 00 accord I can see better with Silverstar Ultra halogen bulbs than with HID kit. The kit "shot-out" the beam rather than spreading it. I ended up getting FX projectors and a pnp kit w/ D2s bulbs and doing the retrofit and couldn't be happier. I suggest if you get a kit get one from a reputable seller and with a warranty. I got mine off a member on Honda-Tech.com for about $160 shipped next day with 1 yr. warranty. One of my ballast acted up around the 10th or 11th month and they sent a new one with no problems.
