I think we're going up there, too. I was told Water Street is a waste of time on Halloween – you can't even get into the damn bars! This is only my 2nd Halloween in Milwaukee. I didn't even go out last year. But, I don't have anything (other than work) going on Friday, so I might party it up. I need a costume still!
