soon you'll start putting on some muscle. That's what happened with a few buddies of mine.

with all the pullups i did my arms have gotten toned. i lost a ton of belly fat so now i gotta get rid of the excess skin.

we didnt do a lot of weight training so that's up to me i guess. :shrug:
the biggest improvement i've noticed is my legs. 5-10 mile humps with an 80 pound pack will do that i suppose.
