I thought I posted this on here... anyway.. I used to play it lefty with righty notes playing when my fingers got beat (just to advance). On average I'd say most people once they get it can get the equivalent % to the next step up playing their natural way.
(say I get 80% on hard righty I'd expect to see appx 80% on medium)

Try to use your thumb/forefinger/middle finger to strum (however you please) and position your ring and pinkys on the tremolo, when a time comes to use it either hit it with your ring finger or pull it up where you can palm it/press it down easily
