plenty of reasons to get into better shape
-im planning to ride the seattle to portland this summer, in one day if i can do it
-want to be able to dunk
-6pack
-fit into some old jeans and pants that i havent worn in a few years
-turn puny arms into pythons
-reaction time is slower than it used to be, need to change that
-mostly though i want to stop injuring myself and feel better overall
i have hurt my back/shoulder and jammed a bunch of fingers playing bball recently and its just plain unacceptable to me
current workout
basketball for 3 hours once a week
thats it
i have nike+ which i will start using again after the rain stops
picked up a jumprope that i havent used yet, upstairs apt and rain outside arent helping
gf has a pilates ball and i have a simple bench and freeweights that i can get setup
everything i do has to be an at home workout since i dont have the $$$ for a gym membership so suggestions for at home stuff is great for me
