What you've drawn is called camber. Top drawing is positive camber angles; bottom looks like near zero.

Engine mounts don't hold the suspension pieces in place. It'll have to be the upper or lower control arms. Look for loose bushings, loose ball joints, stuff like that. If you don't find anything like that, there's only a tiny amount of motion you can get by loosening the mounting of the upper control arms & using the clearance in the mounting holes.

Next you can get adjustable upper control arms (camber kit). Before you do that, have an alignment shop actually measure it. Maybe partially an optical illusion, but at least you'll know how much you need, in solid numbers.

And also be aware that toe-in or toe-out can cause that kind of wear in your tires. It may not even be caused by the camber.
