I had major left wrist sprain when I saved my bike from going down w/ the gf in the back. One of the worst pains I've had and lasted a good 2-3 months.

wrists are one of the hardest things to heal (because of the bad blood supply to them) i had surgery on mine 5 months ago and its still not 100%
Dr said it will be about a year or so b-4 its normal again. Good luck on the wrist and remember its gonna take a long ass time to heal it bro. trust me!
