It doesn't have to be a large tournament, something with 6 teams would be fine. (top 2 having a bye week ... tie breaker = PPG)
I'd like to see a +1 setup. Have 2 bowls designated as the "top 4 teams", then pit the 2 winners of those bowls in a championship game.
But again, there will always be controversy...the 5th and 6th place teams will always bitch saying they deserved to be in the top 4 :dunno:
