Yeah, I hit the post college rut. My diet hasn't really changed by my inactivity sure has. I'm working on the activity part and tweaking my diet to be more sensible. Mostly working on making it sustainable though, because that's been my biggest problem. I get gung-ho on something that's too drastic of a change (too quickly) and don't keep to it.
I hear ya I go through the same thing, usually a seasonal for me because it is hard for me to keep active in winter
