But if the plane is moving 10 mph forward, and the treadmill is spinning 10 mph backwards, that doesnt follow the question in which it matches the "forward speed." If it is according to the number, then yes it matches...but if you look at the plane, obviously its not matching its forward speed. If it is able to match the forward speed (which is CAN NOT), then the plane would never move relative to something on the ground.
