wow, all this drama h:

i got a call back from the local CPS. they said that my report wasnt "good" enough in that if all i heard was yelling, screaming and/or crying it wouldnt provide any real evidence. just like some of you suggested, the woman told me that if things appear to get heated again i should call the police the moment it happens and let them handle it.

she said it would be a different story if i was able to see the kid w/ bodily injuries, like bruises and etc., but until then there wouldnt be much they could do

oh well, at least i know what to do now once this happens again. and no i wasnt planning on barging in or walking up to them to intrude on their family. im not concerned over the little sleep i lose. my main concern is for the child and her family
