You aren't very bright when you want to get involved with a domestic dispute. You live next to them and you have to live next to them for the duration of whatever time your lease is or however long you want to live there. I wouldn't start burning any bridges by sticking your nose in places, if the house just gets an anonymous knock from the cops so be it, no one would be the wiser.
