Bioshock is a great game, but once you beat it there is almost no replay value. If you are going after achievements, you could easily get them all in 2 play-throughs.

They have recently added new plasmids and the ability to turn off the vita chambers (automatic save spots).

I played through it once on hard and it was super easy. I will get my remaining achievements on my next play through, then sell the game.
