oh so my moms gave my dad his christmas gift last night ... yea yea a lil late.

but it was this huge box, and when he opened it it was two giant pieces of foam with a envelope stuck between them.

and inside the envelope was a letter from the county, certifying that the house & property was free and clear of any debts.

talk about a badass xmas gift, finding out the house is paid off , they now have zero debt, with the exception of my dads CC for his business.
