I've found co-worker friends are different then other types of friends. Many of the times I talk with people I'm working with or in school with and the majority of the substance in the conversation is just about our work or our schooling. Thinking that way I don't see how you could feel connected with peers after not working with them for a year. If that were me I'd probably feel like I had little to nothing in common, though I'd probably still laugh it up and have a good time. :happysad:
