i stopped eating pizza and donkatsu ever since i started exercising again earlier this year. no soda either, unless its a diet coke once in awhile. coffee, i use one packet of splenda instead of two packets of white sugar. non-flavored iced tea with no sugar now. i only eat chips now like once a month and its a 99c big grab size instead of the huge ones. light mayo, if any at all on sandwiches.
the only thing i have a hard time restraining myself from is dark chocolate
