Go to Home Depot and check the plumber plug section, you'll find various sizes that will close up the stock holes.

Caster bolts work well too. Put about 3 washers on the other side to eliminate to part of the bolt that is space and not thread and wa -la bolt it on with a 10mm nut, all available at Home Depot.
