I called the dealer to see how much the hose with the fittings would set me back - $80 bucks. I honestly might have just bit the bullet and driven to the dealership to pick it up but they don't have it in stock.

I was talking with my dad about it and he suggested a similar to solution to nspec - get the radiator/gas tank cement and patch it up that way. That should tide me over till I can bear to part with $80 bucks for a freakin' 8 inch piece of hose.
