easy way:
get some of that cement mix or what ever its called *mostly used for radiator leak stops. it comes in a little round tube about 4-5" long and about 1.5" wide.
cut a little piece out, mix it together adn put it on.

or replace the whole line, u cant fix it.
u can but not worth time and effort.
