He was exactly what the role called for :eh:
Inexperienced, rough around the edges, developing his own persona, a dash of class, and still a sense of naivety (which is why he let himself fall in love).
I agree with that to the fullest. I meant, and didn't put, he doesn't look the part of Bond in the least. Not just the blonde hair blue eyes part, but I don't know. Even with that absent, I don't know, I just don't see him as Bond.
He plays the role very well.
