i recently bought a 91 integra with a 95 gsr engine in it. the car needs a clutch so it is undriveable and when i turn it on it idles from 2000 to 3500 rpm. it jst goes up and down up and down, i was told it could be the iacv should i just go ahead and change it or hsould i get it towed bring it to a shop and have them run a dignose on it?
