It really takes a good mix of players to pull off a successful team. If you have too many of a certain style, you're done for. When I play with Vinnie, I'm mostly successful.

I'm an up close and personal type. I always hunt for a mauler and stalk active camo spots. I do have favorite spots on boards where I camp for cross traffic. When I'm causing disruption, Vinnie is picking these guys off via sniper. When we play, I don't even touch that gun.

I also don't charge in. I wait for a skirmish to break loose, then join in with mauler and melee ready.

I suck with a battle rifle and couldn't stick a post-it if I wanted to.

Game 1, Team Doubles, Slayer, Construct.
This was a 10 minute match, first to 25 wins. These assholes decided to run and hide for 9 minutes. 9 pure minutes of ducking and avoiding us.

No idea what they were trying to do, but it was 1 of 2 things.
1. Run the clock out, flurry kill as time expires.
2. Pressure us to quit.

We won, 8 to 4. It was so stupid.

Game 2, Team Slayer, 3 on 3, Narrows.
The game was 33 to 30, their lead. With 2 minutes left in the game, they completely disappear from the map.

I find them spawning and leaping off the level.

No points deducted. Falling to your death even extends the standard spawn time by 10 seconds. They're literally on the map for less time with no punishment.

We won because Chanc pegged them while falling. That's technically a combat aided death.

This was beyond stupid.

i personally hate when you're doing rocket race and your teammate doesn't want to cooperate. i've had guys go up to other teams and asked to get killed...so then i'm the VIP walking around trying to get checkpoints on my own. i ended up winning that one because i could hear my teammate saying "kill me, kill me", so i went over to the checkpoint and waiting and when he died, i became vip and won the game (since we already had 9). that'll show him.
